Soo....we get to see Alan again. Yay! But the part of the commercials for next week that had me giddy was seeing that DARKSTAR was going to be helping them. They showed one scene where he's talking to Kevin and says something like "I'm surprised you trust me" and Kevin glares at him and says "I don't."
Darkstar was a fun villain, I'm really happy to see that he's coming back.

Really??? Haha, my satellite must be behind you then...  But I agree about Darkstar. Although I actually preferred him as Morningstar. Maybe it's because I thought it interesting that a hot guy could be evil. |

*laughs* I'm really excited that he's coming back. Cooper is there too, but he was kind of 'eh', in my opinion. I didn't catch a glimpse of everyone that's helping him, but Darkstar stood out. I saw him in the mask and went "...no way...". I'm seriously giddy.

Lol... That is so awesome. My dad thinks cartoons are a waste of time and that I am too old for them *sigh*. But I love them. Maybe it's because we're all girls/women, we're talking about male characters?  But Gwen is pretty awesome. She's mature, but she does slip. And she's definitely strong-willed. It's what made me admire her as a character...  |

My dad used to say I was too old for them. Then he decided he preferred the cartoons I was watching to the reality shows my older sisters were watching.
We had a short discussion on Gwen...and a bit longer one on Verdona (just love her). I think the main reason we don't discuss girl characters is there aren't many.

I vote Gwen. She's pretty cool in the Alien Force, and she and Ben matured a lot; she's less annoying and pretty awesome here. And I just love her powers, they are so cool. It'd be pretty wicked to have Anodine powers.  |

The only thing I find weird is how they made her an energy being, when it's possible to have magic in Ben10, e.g.: Hex, Charmcaster.

No one seems to like Ben that much. He's seriously (no joke!) my favorite character. I loved him when he was 10 and now. Sure at times he was a brat in the orginial series, but I love the immature things he did. In one episode there trying to find out what happened to this one person and he eats the spaghetti on their counter. Ah, Ben's just so cute...
I may have a crush on a cartoon character. Oh well, he's ah-dorable. I love the random things he does. The only thing I x about him is that he is dating Julie. I can't stand her! I just realized something too...The guy I like is on the short side (like Ben), has brown hair, green eyes and always tells jokes like Ben. Oh god, I can't believe I'm now liking people the remind me of my favorite cartoon character...

Trust me, I know how you feel. Kevin is one of my favorite characters (right behind Big Chill) and then I look at my fiance who is 6'4" with black hair. Go figure.

I know right? Now if a guy has green eyes, I can't stop staring, I have to like force my self to look away. I just have a thing with green eyes now, I wish I had my blue eyes. (They turned hazel-ish on me.)

...trust me, mine's more embarrassing. I wound up with a guy who reminded me of Sheen Estevez from Jimmy Neutron (hispanic, black hair, brown eyes, severe ADD....but very sweet). *coughs*
Anyways, I *adore* Ben. Kevin is my favorite character, but Ben has really matured and become less frustrating to me. I don't mind watching episodes that are just Ben (well, mainly Ben. Gwen and Kevin are always there to some degree)...in fact Alone Together is one of my favorites. Riney...hehe....too cute. Ben's the kind of guy who goes out of his way for people, is incredibly sweet and...makes terribly lame jokes sometimes (and really good ones at other times). He's just a very great hero character. He's flawed (unlike pretty boy Superman....gaah, I despise him..), and he's *trying*. Yeah, he makes mistakes. But he learns from them, and tries to get past them.

Oh yes, totally waiting for the reunion between Max and Verdona... I can't imagine it being corny, though, Verdona seems too - I don't know - not subtle for that? Lol... As for favourite female character, I can't decide who I love more, Gwen or Verdona...  Most of the characters (who are always guys... ) I have a fangirl crush on are generally on the tall side, and they're always Caucasion with relatively fair/light tanned skin (for some absurd reason), and they are either blond or have really dark hair (case in point, Kevin and to a certain extent, Ben). And they are NEVER academic, they are always athletic. In other words, almost my exact opposite. AND IT'S THE SAME IN REAL LIFE! The guys I have had crushes on are like that as well... Go figure. Although now that I'm heading off to med school it would be hard to find a guy who's not academic. I don't know why I don't seem to go for the academic guy types and the sporty types. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??? |

I love Julie because she is nice, smart, funny, and seems to always have plenty of do overs for Ben. She is the best because even though she has no powers she still helps using guns and or ship, she shows that even though people hate Ben because his secret is out she still loves him.
