Lol. Imagine how I feel when I stand next to my (skinny, 6'4") tall uncle. I'm only 5'5. Which is why I'm happy if Gwen stays around 5'5. I don't need a cartoon character making me feel paranoid about my height. As I said, height obsessed. But technically, Gwen, being a gymnast of sorts, shouldn't be so tall. Most gymnasts aren't so that they have a low center of gravity, and thus they are more stable when they do (defying gravity) stunts.

*laughs* I'm 5'5" as well, actually.
To me, yeah...Kevin's the most attractive, but all three main characters are attractive (I go both ways). Obviously all of them are too young for me, though...
Well, as for the gymnast part, I'm sure Gwen found ways to compensate for it using her powers - think about it. When they met Verdona, Verdona basically glided/flew across the water. Maybe Gwen's using a similar power subconsciously?
Okay, if we're talking *just* girls, who's your favorite character? There's Gwen, Julie, Helen...umm...the mothers and Verdona. ...not many girls in this show, are there? I'd have to say I like Gwen the most, followed by Verdona.

I'd have to go with Gwen there. She's strong-willed, independent, and intelligent. And she looks great, too! What's not to love?

I read one review for the series that only had one complaint: the girls are too skinny. But really, I think that's just the artstyle.
Is it weird that I really like J.T.? I don't like Cash in the least bit (it was a temptation to kill him in Mask, but I just couldn't do it), but I find J.T. kind of funny ..."we should get together sometime and eat paste.". And the look Ben gives him after he says that....that was just cute.

JT is too much of a coward for my tastes. He showed a little bit of a backbone in that episode, but not something that I think would last.
Cash is one of those characters that you either love him or hate him. Every series needs the token douchebag (pardon the expression, but if the shoe fits...), and the character just falls naturally into that role. Even back in the original series he was like that. I think he's alright.

His voice in the original series made me cringe. He sounded like a surfer dude, but he didn't look like one. It bothered me.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Sometimes with minor characters, the voices just don't match the characters. I've seen it more common in anime than in american shows, but it happens.

Oh, it's *rampant* in animes...have you ever gone back and watched Sailor Moon? *shudders*
I think Cash's new voice actor fits him a lot better. I can't think of anyone whose voice sounds wrong to me in Alien Force, I think everyone does a wonderful job. Though my preference is Yuri ...something, who does Ben's voice. It just really does sound like a 15 year-old boy, and he just sounds so sweet and adorable, which fits Ben perfectly.

Oh yeah, I used to watch it all the time. Loved Sailor Moon. I think I wrote a fic for it years ago. No idea where it is now.
Anyways... yeah his current voice suits him. And you're right. This time around, they did a great job with the voice actors.

Let's see...we've talked about favorites, we've talked about one-shot characters....who do you want to see more of in the 3rd season?
I want Grandpa Max back, and I'm *sure* we'll get him. I just love that old man. I thought he was the best part of the original Ben 10.

Max needs to come back. I was so happy when he turned out to still be alive. You should have seen my daughter when we watched that one. She nearly jumped off the couch.

Aww, that's sweet. Does your daughter really like Max, too, then?
Well, I didn't know that he was supposed to be dead for quite a while....I started on "What are little girls made of" and when Verdona said "news of what happened to Max reached even my planet", I thought he'd gone missing. I don't know why...I guess part of my brain was saying "this is a kid's show, they probably don't kill people off.". Heh...turned out to be wrong on that account, though.

Yeah, she loves Grandpa Max. I had missed the episode where he was supposedly killed, but I read the synopsis on it and they played it sometime last week (or over the weekend... I can't remember).

Grandpa Max is just great. I knew it was him in Voided as soon as Pierce said "Don't eat anything he offers you.". ...I bet everyone else figured it out long before that, *laughs*.

That's when I suspected it, but I wasn't sure. I would actually like to see a bit of a reunion between him and Verdona
