Lara raised herself on one elbow and shook her head. That last throw had broken open her pony tail, and now her long lustrous brown hair cascaded around her glistening shoulders. That was the least of her concerns. She swept her hair back from her face and took a deep breath, taking stock of her position.
Her opponent stood a few feet away with feet planted wide just smiling down at her. He was a brute. Over 6 feet tall, ripped, carrying leather body armour, and full of fight. He was in familiar territory while Lara had been thrown into the fight pit unaware of what faced her. She wore no armour, in fact she wore only what the senators allowed, with the desires of the packed and roaring crowd uppermost in their minds. At first sight of the tomb raider being hurled into the pit the crowd had risen and cheered as one, seeing before them a stunning female fighter in short leather boots, a black soft leather bikini, and short black fingerless gloves. Lara was drenched in oil, making her model like body glisten under the pit lights.
Her gladiator opponent dwarfed her, and carried much more weight, most of which was muscle. The only upside Lara could think of was that there were no actual weapons other than their own boxing and wrestling skills. Lara was an accomplished boxer and not averse to the odd street fighting move either. The Gladiator however was a tough streetwise fighter who combined whatever moves were most effective in the circumstances.
Already the Gladiator had demonstrated his abilities by dominating Lara in the first few minutes of the fight.
She watched him carefully from her prone position seeing how he carried his weight easily, seeing his tautly muscled body poised but open, arms carried low at his sides. He is overconfident, she thought to herself. Why not give him reason to be, and lull him into a mistake.
Lara breathed hard and slowly came to her feet, her head a little bowed. She took a pace backwards and the Gladiator moved. Seeing him gather pace she held out a slender toned arm as if to ward him off. He batted it aside, and with his fist drawn back and clenched, drove a punch deep into Lara's bare stomach. The blow caused Lara to fold forwards gasping, reaching out to try and push the warrior back. She coughed a few times bent over, then holding her belly she straightened, her arms loose at her sides. He took her by the hair, turned her face upwards, and drilled his right fist across her unprotected face. Before Lara could react, the Gladiator curled a punch hard into her abdomen, then hit her in the ribs with a left. She shuddered under the punches, her gorgeous bikini clad body suffering to the delight of the crowd.
A wall of noise swept over the combatants, urging the Gladiator on, delighting in witnessing the lovely Lara Croft having to fight for her life. The Gladiator began to dominate again, leathering Lara's belly, focusing on the body punching. She was repeatedly punched and knocked down, then dragged up again only to be punched some more. Once or twice he deliberately punched into Lara's bikini top, lashing each full firm mound with weakening punches. Lara cried out and shuddered under the onslaught. Her body had not been designed to take this level of beating. She was resilient though, and determined. When she just hung in his grasp letting him hammer undefended punches into her beautifully sculpted stomach at will, working over every stomach muscle she possessed, smashing his ham like fist into her bare belly, grinding it into her navel.....again....and again.......the destruction of Lara Croft's gorgeous bare belly witnessed by all...........pinning her to the wall.....swinging rights into her belly.....fists thudding into her bare skin...................Lara mewling like a kitten, head drooping................it seemed like she was finished. The Gladiator took a big breath and stopped, turning to raise his arms to the crowd in acknowledgement of their wild cheering.
It was then that Lara's eyes twinkled. Spitting a little blood from her split lips, she rose like a cat, and sliced a shapely leg out with as much force as she could muster. Her black ankle boot found its intended target up between the tree trunks of the Gladiator's legs. As he felt the pain from his groin a look of bewildered astonishment spread over his bearded face. Then he too shook, as Lara had while he had been punching her body. The pain washed over him and he dropped to his knees in almost silence as the crowd went hushed at the sight of the retaliatory blow.
Lara limped round to face the Gladiator and lashed another kick across his face jolting his head to the side.
She moved closer to try to fell him with punches, but after a few of her best punches had had no effect she made a bad decision, moving in too close. The Gladiator's hands shot out, and his massive hands closed around each of Lara's breasts, his fat fingers clawing into the slick mounds with the tiny bikini top soon broken open offering no protection whatsoever.
