Sounds like a good time. Tell her happy birthday for me. Today was pretty slow. Nearly time for finals, and i just got a new job working for a motivational speaker. This weekend is going to be pretty sweet, since my mom gets back which ensures we go to olive garden and i love their breadsticks. Not looking forward to finals though. But christmas is nearly here which means NEW Xbox 360, car tune up, and a new laptop. Oh tis the season

Good luck with your finals! I'm glad I have mine out of the way already since my school runs on a trimester system and we take finals in November.
School got out yesterday for the holiday break. Tomorrow I'll be going to Las Vegas with my family and we'll be returning Thursday. We're driving which is a pain, but I'm excited for the trip.

I just got done baking 14 mini loaves of pumpkin bread for my coworkers. We all chipped in and got the boss a gift card to the store where he gets his hunting gear.
It's been a quiet week at the office. Got to help with four interiews though. That was fun. lol.

With a tech staffing company. Its just a temp service for IT people but still something is much better then nothing.

Good luck D. Work was quiet today except for e-mail notifications I had to send out regarding the bombs at embassies in Rome this morning. Almost no one is in the buildings this week, and tomorrow is going to be even quieter. I have the choice between working on a work-related project or writing  |

I agree with X, I'd love to see something new from you.
I got back from Las Vegas yesterday though it was very late due to the long drive and I wound up falling asleep (which was nice since I missed my bed). It was a good trip despite the rainy weather. I ate a lot of good food, saw the Lion King muscial, and saw the city. Though I'm glad to be back home.

Glad you enjoyed the trip.
It's been a long day. We spent half the day cooking for family tonight since we hosted dinner. Then there were phone calls to/from Delaware, Kansas, New Jersey, and Denmark. All in all, dinner went well. The ham turned out perfectly.

I love ham..we had some rank oyster stew and it was horrible..luckily god invented pizza rolls. But yesterday was great for family time. My cousins and I raced the ATVs for like 5 hours and then i got a new xbox, and best of all i got new off roading snow tires for my SUV so it doesnt slide around all the time.

I got my daughter a Nintendo DS Lite and some games for it. She's been playing Alien Force since she got it. She also has Phineas and Ferb, Barbie and the Three Musketeers, and some Disney Princess game. The Mr. wanted a new coat so I got him that and I got concert tickets to see 30 Seconds to Mars next month Working on some writing tonight while I have time. The football game I was going to watch was postponed because of the blizzard hitting the east coast right now. If any of you are out that way, stay safe and warm. |

Spent the morning with the parents and then went to the boyfriend's for Christmas (well, his parents). Got lost on the way back which was just oodles of fun. ...right. I called him and he was about to come pick me up when I happened to luck out and find the street I needed to be on. Directional fail from me...again.
Anyways, I'm already wanting more Alien Force and Generator Rex. It already feels like there's been this huge gap, even though it's been a few weeks.
Also, I hate the cold. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
