Holy moly Mcduffie went there. . . . here and I had a him peged as someone that tows the company line and doesn't take risks with storytelling.
I need to remember this guy used to write Hardware and get death threats for it.
Anyway Umm in this episode Kevin goes looking to settle old scores on incarsicon ( and thats in the null void btw someone double check secret of the omnitrix) namely a former bad cop turned bad warden that killed a friend of his.
Note we see both Kevin classic's mutated and un mutated forms in the current animation style.
Kevin leaving thinking he's done what he stared out to do and Gwen manages to save the guy without Kevin knowing. Well people our Ben mentions that Kevin might beyond saving and need to be " put down".
They went there people they went their.
This ost has been made from bunker under a mountain to protect me from the Kevin fan riot that will ensue from this possibility.
DD out ( but nto out of the bunker)

I liked this episode: flashbacks on Kevin's past in the Null Void, more mature themes (mention of "putting Kevin down" and the drug business the warden was conducting), and fast-paced action. I was surprised by the explicit drug reference as well as Ben deciding that killing Kevin was necessary now.
Ben's always been so reluctant to kill people and now he thinks killing Kevin may be the only way to go. I'm still mulling over this decision and his reasoning. Even though Kevin showed no hesitation in killing the warden and fighting Ben to do it, I don't think Kevin's gotten to the point where death is the best way to deal with him. Then again, Ben may not be thinking clearly about the situation. Maybe I'll write a drabble sometime exploring Ben's mind...
Some of the fans are really going crazy over Kevin mutating last episode. I've been looking through the forums over on McDuffie's site and there are so many people whining about it and talking about how they'll never watch the show. It's so annoying.
By the way, Incarceron in SOTO was in space, not in the Null Void. I suppose they could have moved it since there was a jailbreak in SOTO and maybe they decided to move it to the Null Void where it's not such a big deal if prisoners get out, but it's still a continuity error between the two shows.

Wow...just when I thought this show was going down the path of the predictable, we get this. I can't wait to see how this goes on.
