It was supposed to be in honor of Gwen's brother, if I recall correctly. But still, better rhyming than "Carl" and "Frank"....you'd think with an Anodite mother and a Plumber father, they'd have more originality than that. Not that those are bad names, but they're so ...bland.

Perhaps that's why Carl and Frank chose rhyming names for their children. Unfortunately, it's a trend that would last the generations.

I found so many names ending in -VIN.
Guys:
Alvin, Calvin/Kelvin, Devin, Ervin, Gavin, Irvin, Lievin, Marvin/Mervin (coincidentally, I had a crush on a guy named Marvin... Weird), Navin, Pravin (Indian, I suppose), and of course, the succinct Vin.
Girls:
Bevin? IT IS! A girl's name, at least.

Some girl from Saturn, according to the pop up triva version of the epi. Some people try to make it Gwen, but being realistic? No, he doesn't look like hers. Blue eyes, after all. Mainly, Devlin just looks like Kevin...but kind of cuter than Kevie was at 11.

And who is Ben married to? Some people say it's Kai. But didn't she broke his heart? (Kai is just plain evil...She broke an innocent boy's heart who was in love with her...)

Yeah, the mom's Kai. Most fans hate it, I think only a handfull of people are okay with it. The whole she-broke-his-heart thing is kind of the reason we don't like it. I mean seriously, she broke his heart and in the future they end up getting married? We don't like. But they were kids, but still, no girl is that snobby that would break a guys heart. Okay, there are, but they usually end up growing up to be snobs in my oppinion.  |

Well, since it's not canon, it seems most people choose to ignore everything except that Ben and Kevin will name their kids Ken and Devlin. You can choose to ignore that last part, too, but I think it's because Ken and Devlin are so cute that people can't bring themselves to ignore them.

Nope. He's got blue eyes...Kevin's are...well, in retro they look brown, in AF they look black to me...
