You know they would. The writers are generally awesome, and their resumes are fantastic, but C'MON GUYS, GIVE US SOME REAL AWESOME BACK STORY, WOULD YOU?
Urrrg. I want to see some awesome alien fights to make up for the lame.

Well, I know you have some issues with War of the Worlds, but that had some of the best fighting sequences they've ever animated, in my opinion.

Well, yeah, War of the Worlds did have some awesome fighting. Cooper and the Plumbers' Helpers made that whole thing better. I just wish they'd put in MORE of the aliens and less of the humans. Which, I think they have done in season 3. What with the revealed facts that there's more aliens showing up, and Kevin & Gwen having issues due to screwy powers. Which means character development that could potentially not suck.
