Personally, I was a huge That 70's Show fan (though I never enjoyed it quite as much once Hyde and Jackie broke up...they were my favorite pairing).
Most cartoons I like don't last past 3 seasons (I jinx things...). For example, Jimmy Neutron.
Any shows you guys liked that have been taken off the air in the past few years?

Ditto for me. For some reason I loved Jackie/Hyde. That pairing was made of awesome (and I didn't buy the Jackie/Fez). I also didn't like Eric and Michael gone. Although Friends ended ages ago they still show reruns on Star World, although I'm sure they are cancelled now. Friends was made of comedic genius. I used to love Tru Calling, but when her first boyfriend died, it became just 'eh' for me. Does anime count? *Thinks about Cardcaptor Sakura and Black Cat* They haven't shown the new season of My Wife and Kids, but darn it if I didn't love that show...

Anime counts, assuming it's been cancelled or is off the air now.
America got the lame Cardcaptors version of Cardcaptor Sakura (changed her name to Sakura Avalon, Toya became Tori, etc., plus they cut out Tomoyo being in love with her and that Syaoron had a crush on Yukito), so I don't miss it....
Jackie/Fez was just...blech. too much of a "we can't end this with Jackie being single! But...we married off Hyde and then he lost that girl, and Michael's gone so...oh, look, there's Fez!" kind of thing. I kept hoping Hyde would admit to still loving Jackie and they'd get back together, but no dice. *sigh*
Friends was a great series, though I don't much care for Jennifer Aniston (she is the same character in every movie. It's like they just take Rachel and stick her in different movies), but I loved everyone else. "How you doin'?"

I'd have to go with Moonlight, Blood Ties, and Veronica Mars. All three were great shows and it sucks that they're not around anymore. Although, Sci-Fi has been running the reruns of Moonlight

Oh, yes, Blood Ties was awesome. I will not change the topic to my shipping preferences, so I will steer this away back to Hyde/Jackie. I still think that Hyde had feelings for Jackie. Seriously. I DON'T CARE. I didn't get to see the season finale, but I'm pretty sure it ended on that note. ANYONE but Fez would have been more realistic - I mean, even that new guy would have been more awesome with Jackie (although nothing could top Jackie/Hyde). When I learnt that Hyde and the stripper were not legally married I was like W00T! Because I thought there would be Jackie/Hyde then. But I loved all of T70sS until the last season. Because I missed so many things about it that was totally changed... As for Friends, my favourites were (as I said) Chandler, Joey and Monica, with Chandler being my fave (he has the awesomest lines, seriously). Rachel was just eh for me. As for Ross and Phoebe - well, Phoebe annoyed me sometimes, but it's the kind of lovable annoying (if that makes sense), while Ross just ticked me off. I think it was the way he reacted to certain circumstances and expected something better even though it was his fault. Also, sometimes he seemed too condescending and it was annoying the way he was the Gellars' favourite child (honestly, I preferred Monica, who - even with her crazy, OCD, semi-perfectionism - still worked hard at what she did, and yet her parents didn't pay her any attention). I never saw the American version of Cardcaptors, I saw the original version. (And Malaysia is supposed to be a Muslim state, lol!) I didn't understand why they changed so much - as a ten year old, I never thought of Tomoyo and Sakura and Yukito and Syaoran being romantically related in that way. It actually struck me as semi-normal. My sense of normalcy must be skewed, I suppose... But maybe I was choosing to see what I wanted to see.

That's okay, fierysue, in my world when Hyde went to see Jackie and she was in the hotel with Michael, my mind filtered it out and just pretended that Michael wasn't even there, and that Hyde proposed. I will forever believe that that was how it was SUPPOSED to happen.
I haven't seen True Blood...
I loved Monica the best on Friends. I could empthatize more with her, because her brand of crazy was a lot closer to my own (I used to turn lights off in the same order every night. If I got them mixed up, I had to go back and turn them all back on, and do it correctly. ....I still have some habits like that).
America's kind of behind the times. Gay couples are not allowed in children's cartoons just yet (I'm hoping it will be at some point). So the only pairings they showed on Cardcaptors was Syaoron (whose name they pretended was "Lee", since at first Sakura called him by his last name of "Li") and Mei Lin (I think they made her name "May" or something like that), or Syaoron/Sakura, later on. They also cut out that one of the girls in her grade was secretly involved with their teacher, but that I could understand (c'mon, elementary grade student with a teacher? Kind of weird).
Let's see...I actually loved MASH, even though it was cancelled before I was even born. Oh, and I loved Malcolm In the Middle.

The old Transformers was great too. I can't stand the newer cartoon of it.
But I digress... I'm trying to think of what else I used to watch that isn't on anymore. I got really into Death Note when it aired at night on CN. I actually have the live-action movies of it too.

Death Note I fell out with around the time it started airing on Cartoon Network. People were getting scarily obsessive, telling me it was the greatest thing Eva! (sad fact? I was the one who introduced a lot of people to the series, by letting them borrow the manga.). So I fell out, plus the episode where Light finally kills L was done kind of...freaky like (especially considering all the shippers those two have..."I love you but I want you dead. Now.") But I do love how they animated the first time Light starts writing in the Death Note...the art for that show was just amazing.

I didn't see the anime version of when L dies, but they have it in the second DVD of the live-action one. I should read the manga, but haven't really gotten to it yet. It's on my ever-growing to-do list.
I should add that they don't actually show the point where L dies but the third movie is supposed to be his final days. It sucked though, so I only got about halfway through it.

The anime has L washing Light's feet for some reason. it's really random and just...out there.
I saw part of the live action, but I fell asleep during it (I was tired, and a girl I despised was over at the apartment....trying to keep myself from smacking her took more energy than I expected).

That show was great until they lost John Ritter, may he rest in peace. It just wasn't the same after he passed on.
